The wine shows well after a couple of months of ageing, and should be served chilled as an appertif or with light foods. WHITE ZINFANDEL A delightfully refreshing light wine, glowing with a soft pink hue. A strawberry aroma greets you, heralding a gentle fruity flavor. Best when chilled, it's a welcome companion to seafood, fruit and desserts. ZINFANDEL BLUSH A deeper rosé wine that demonstrates the subtle complexities of the Zinfandel grape.
