AUSTRALIAN CHARDONNAY Gold in the glass, this delicious wine has lush overtones of vanilla
butterscotch and cloves - all ending in a crisp finish and is rich in
varietal character with a delightfully fruity nose. With ageing you
get complexity with a hint of oak aftertaste. Good with pastas and
shellfish. BRISE DE MERS A delicate aromatic French style wine with a soft, leafy bouquet.
Dry, light and crisp, its refreshing light and mellow flavor is
best-enjoyed young. Complements light meals and salads. CALIFORNIA WHITE Full-flavored, easy drinking and economical best describes this
exceptional California wine. This is a perfect wine for any
occasion, or none at all! Great with soda water and fruit for
a sprinter, excellent as a base for coolers. CHAMBLAISE Light-colored with a full flavor, this wine is smooth, clean and
well balanced. Can be enjoyed fresh since long ageing is not
required. Serve chilled with fish and seafood. CHARDONNAY A very dry, yet full-bodied wine, it boasts a crisp, refreshing
acidity with hints of honey and apple in the bouquet. Slight oaking
is recommended. Great with pastas, veal and pork. CHARDONNAY SEMILLON Crisp and tart with a fruity bouquet, a light lovely wine with rich
varietal attributes. The plate will discern flavours of vanilla and
butterscotch, with a gentle hint of cloves. Smooth when aged, it
also adds complexity. Serve with pastas, shellfish and finger
foods. CHATON BLANC An easy drinking wine with the fruit and character of California's
Chenin Blanc and French Colombard grapes. A friendly, all-occasion wine
that is usually finished with a touch of conditioner. Enjoyed chiller
within 6 months of bottling. CHENIN BLANC Fruity and mellow with a distinctive floral after-taste, it finishes
crisp and clean. Flavorful in its youth, however ageing releases
flavors of apple and honey. Good with fish, white meats and
desserts. FRASCATI Traditionally produced in the north of Lake Albani, southeast
of Rome, it is a golden white wine based on a blend of Trebbiano and
Malvasia grapes. Growing in popularity, Frascati is a mellow wine which
is smooth in the mouth. This excellent wine should be enjoyed young.
Excellent with seafood and light cream sauces. FRENCH COLOMBARD A crisp wine with an extremely fragant fruit bouquet, best enjoyed
in its youth. A tingle of acidity carries the wine to a long finish.
A nice companion to fish and poultry. GERMAN RHINE Originating in the famous Rhine valley in Germany, you will
appreciate its light, fresh fruitiness, compliments of the Riesling
grape. Even the nose is refreshing, light fruit with herbal scents
and a tingle of mint. The finish is crisp and gently acidic. This
is well served with seafood, chicken, mild cheeses and salads. GEWURZTRAMINER Your perfect summer companion - introduced by a unique aroma
of cloves, lychee fruit and roses. A natural acidity gives it
a soft, spicy flavour. Delicious when finished either dry or off
dry. Suggested cuisine is spicy Indian and Thai food, white meats
and old cheeses. ITALIAN STYLE PIEMONTE An enticingly intense aroma - fruity and light, yet delectably
complex - introduces this brilliant golden yellow wine. The taste
is fresh and pleasant...velvety to the tongue, aromatic on the
palate. Eminently suitable as an aperitif, it is a welcome companion
for ham, seafood, eggs, and fish. JOHANNISBERG RIESLING Pale and delicately flavored with slight tartness. Clean taste
with flinty lime flavor and spicy bouquet. Uniquely suited to
freshwater fish and other seafood. LIEBFRAUMILCH Light and elegant, this popular German-style wine has a delicate
bouquet. Its fruity flavor is soft in the mouth. Refreshing while
young, it pairs well with seafood, veal and fruit. LUNA BIANCA Wine expert's biggest, boldest
white wine ever. In the spirit of the great full-bodied Chardonnays of
California and Australia, Luna Bianca is lush, golden and rich. Dense,
luscious, buttery aromas dance up from the glass. Flavors of tropical
fruits blend with the vanilla-oak backing - a technique usually achieved
through barrel fermentation with extended lees (yeast sediment) contact.
The high alcohol finished wine is smooth and mouth filling. Includes
an F-pack with pure Chardonnay juice - another industry first. MALVASIA A rich and textured yellow gold wine, dry and light to the tongue.
It offers lush aromas and flavours of honey and ripe Bosc pears
with hints of allspice, leading to a crisp, clean finish. Generally
served cold it pairs well with many light appetizers. Excellent
with seafood, antipasto dishes and grilled vegetables. MERITAGE A typical Bordeau blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Colombard.
Dry, crisp and clean with subdued grassiness and flavours of apple,
gooseberry and fig. A light touch of French oak creates the harmony.
  Enjoy young. MUSETTE A light-bodied, well-balanced wine with a fruity aroma. Its cool,
clean flavor has crisp apple freshness. Usually finished off dry,
it's best consumed early. A perfect match for finger foods and
light lunches. NEW ZEALAND MARLBOROUGH SAUVIGNON BLANC Marlborough has the sunniest,
driest climate in New Zealand, and the Wairau Valley's rich soils
combine with the cool nights to deliver astonishingly pungent wines,
with gooseberry, herbs, pink grapefruit, fresh-cut grass, asparagus,
lime-leaf, tropical fruit, passion fruit, and a host of other beguiling
aromas. Few wines ever achieve the amazing aromatic complexity and
zesty fruit of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The expression of this
amazing explosion of fruit is aided by our special proprietary yeast: by
careful management of the yeast strain, Selection Estate New Zealand
Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc casts long, rich flavors, redolent with
grass and currant leaves, and a crisp dry finish. OREGON YAMHILL COUNTY PINOT GRIS A delicately balanced wine
with mouth-filling texture lead to aromas of honey, pear floral and
lemon-citrus flavors. This wine will unfold to rich complexity and
even greater texture after a year in the bottle.f PIESPORTER A fragrant fruity aroma fills the noise while savoring a spicy, full-
bodied flavor with a touch of acidity. A suitable partner for fruit,
seafood, ham and veal. PINOT BLANC A lightly weedy aroma precedes this dry, tangy fruity wine. Soft
undertones of apple and peach round out the full-bodied flavor.
Best consumed early, it's good with seafood, salads and white
meats. PINOT GRIGIO A star variety from the Alto-Adige area of northern most Italy.
Medium bodied, lively with fresh citrus notes. Rich gold colour
and subtle spiciness. Lots of appeal and enjoy young. RIESLING A light to medium-bodied wine with a fruity flavour and subtle,
flowery aroma. Smooth in texture, mellow in taste, it enhances
chicken dishes and mild cheeses. RUISSEAU BLANC A rich, medium-bodied wine with a bouquet of pear and apple.
Savor flavors of vanilla, spice and toasted butterscotch. Ages
well. Best served with veal and quiches as well as light meats
and goat cheeses. SAUVIGNON BLANC A light, fruity aroma introduces this delightfully dry wine.
Fragrant herbal flavors with a spicy tingle of mint. Crisp, yet
refreshing, it enhances fresh green salads, seafood's and chicken. SOAVE A fresh, vibrant easy drinking wine, pale straw in color, with a
delicate spice and herbal aroma. The clean, crisp fruity flavor is
enlivened with a pinch of citrus, a hint of almonds. This well-
balanced wine is best served slightly chilled as a companion to
poultry, seafood, shellfish and veal. Serve Young. SONOMA DRY CREEK VALLEY CHARDONNAY (Unwooded) A fresh, well-balanced wine
with typical Chardonnay characteristics of tropical and citrus aromas
and flavors. The fruit quality of these grapes is allowed to shine
through, and the rich, round mouthful lingers to a long, crisp finish
without the influence of oak. SYMPHONY A white wine with the incredibly
intense aromas of melon, grapefruit, mango, peach, banana and papaya.
The fruity character picks up a strong backbone from the good acidity, and
hint of tannin, carried over from the Grenache Gris grape. TREBBIANO Trebbiano is a widely grown, well-known Italian grape which produces a
harmonious, dry wine with a pale yellow color. It processes fresh,
floral notes and has hints of herbs. VERDICCIO Full-bodied and complex with herbal aromas in the bouquet and
flavors of lemon and peach. The finish is crisp and clean. Goes
well with pastas in seafood sauce and veal. Best enjoyed fresh. VIDAL BLANC A well-rounded yet crisp white, exuding aromas of honeyed
apricots and peaches. The palate notes forward fruit flavors
balanced by a fine layer of acidity. This semi-dry wine sits
well beside chicken, fish and veal dishes. VINO VERDE A green wine makes in the true Portuguese tradition from blend
of barely ripe grapes. This tart wine has a clear delicate
flavor, refreshing and thirst-quenching. Must be enjoyed young
as it may oxidize after 2 years and should be served chilled. VIOGNIER The intense fruitiness of this
beguiling wine suggests rich sweetness, but it shows a surprisingly dry and
aromatic finish. A delicate yellow color, tinged with the variety's
typical "green-gold" hue, it bursts out of the glass with apricot, peach and
spice aromas. As it matures, it can also display hints of jasmine,
honeysuckle, kiwi, mint, orange blossom and even mango! While higher
in alcohol than many white wines, it drinks well young nonetheless.
Lower acidity makes it friendly to a wide range of foods, while it's "soft
but strong" character makes it excellent for sipping alone. WASHINGTON COLUMBIA VALLEY RIESLING - ESTATE The Columbia Valley produces
many prestigious wines from their world class Riesling grapes.
Delicate yet complex, Rieslings grown here offer pronounced ripeness
while retaining acidity, showing fantastic floral aromas and flavors of
peach and apricot, while still maintaining a crisp freshness. This
vivid fruitiness is enhanced by Brew King's unique new susse-reserve
finishing pack, making this Riesling a unique and proud addition to our
Estate Series line. WHITE BORDAILLES This flavourful French-style wine begins with a smooth delicate
fruity aroma. A soft and light herbaceous flavour with a hint of
almond. This well-balanced wine pairs well with shellfish, poultry
and mild cheese. WHITE BOURGERON The delicate bouquet of peaches and apricots leads to a robust,
full-bodied wine with a tang of citrus. Expect a crisp, clean
finish. A summer favorite with grilled or barbecued chicken and
other white meats.
